So please put your paws up for Ginger the Corgi. Ginger is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, which is one of the world's most popular herding breeds. In the breeds ancestry you can find traces of the Keeshond, Schipperke, Pomeranian, Samoyed, Chow Chow, Norwegian Elkhound and even the Finnish Spitz. What an amazing mix and bloodline. In 1107, Henry I of Britain invited master weaver craftsmen to work in Wales, which brought their way of life to the new country, which included their dogs to herd sheep. These short legged herders were the foundation of the breed we know today as the Pembroke Welsh Corgi. The worlds most famous Pembroke Welsh Corgi fan is by far Queen Elizabeth II. She got her first Corgi, named Dookie, in 1933 and sadly, her last Corgi Willow died in April 2018.  Ginger | London Signature SessionLondon Signature Session

The only downside to a London Session in February is the weather. Normally it is ok and  we did start on a nice day but it ended up a little bit and rainy #typicallondonweather.
